Kurpas meats Our business was established in 1983 by Stefan Kurpas and is a family run meat processing company. We source only the best meat products in the U.K.

Whole carcasses are fabricated (cut) into more manageable primal or sub-primal cuts at our factory. The primal cuts are then packaged and sold on to Catering Butchers and the 'trade' who then further fabricate them into the products seen on display at any butchers shop or top class restaurant.

We are not a Catering Butcher. We have a Meat Processing Plant and we select and purchase (at auction)

prime animals for slaughter. We specialise in English Beef. Our animals are sourced in the U.K. The carcasses are then brought to us and we either supply them whole,or in sides or we fabricate these into more manageable cuts. We can supply by the 'box' or by the 'pallet'. We are aware that good meat can make or break a Restaurant, Wholesaler or Hotel business and we know that many buyers, butchers and chefs’ are becoming more discerning in their choice of meats. We supply only “clean Beef” as a norm and champion British Lamb and Pork at really competitive prices.
