Zymurgorium: The Brewing Emporium (founded by Aaron Darke) is the UK’s First Craft Meadery and Machester’s only distillery it is also an awesome brewery and cidery. Built on only serving the most experimental and fine tasting brews. It was established in 2013 in south Manchester UK (built upon Darke Crafts: Beverages est 2012) after a long while testing it on human (well sometimes closer to animal

) subjects those being my friends and willing participants of course. Over the years we have created some of the most novel and experimental brews from our craft meads such as our marmalade mead to our height of artisan luxury such as our Manchester Gin and Superior meads. We are UK’s first craft meadery, craft meads require the use of different honey’s like beers use hops and grains; our meads are of a higher quality than most using our natural house yeast, and raw unpasteurised honey to get maximum flavour! We also opened up Manchester’s first and currently only distillery making artisan Gins, vodkas and many other spirits to come! We hope to build a brewing and distilling emporium that has any type of alcoholic product a person could ever want or need. So stay close... keep your eyes open... your ears wide... your nostrils flaring... your fingers twitching.... but most importantly keep your taste buds ready for you might just experience something that will keep you from going back to the world you knew before…
