Here's the menu for this week Pals!

Yes that is fudge back for Thursday, yes it's vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free fudge 😋

And you might notice bagels on there for Tuesday too - I only make them to order at the moment, but if demand hits I'll keep 'em on for next week...
You can order our sourdough bagels off the website or in person at the shop.

I've been practicing Yule logs again - a bit early I know but we get to eat them too so, not a bad thing right?

And this week we're returning to Wilmslow Artisan Market with The Market Co - Artisan Market with as much as I can fit on the dolly.

Some stats that no one asked for but might explain why you might have caught me a little (a lot) overwhelmed but very happy last week.

Some of you visiting last week might have noticed I was chasing my tail around a bit.
Especially in the morning.
Everyone was so patient with me too a huuuge thank you to everybody that visited.

The week before the post I served 37 customers, not a day, the whole week.

We're on happy cow and glutenfree find me apps, we're in tons of groups but I still couldn't get to enough people to let them know we existed!
By this point just over a year from opening I was applying for jobs and me and my family had some pretty awkward conversations.

To say I underestimated to impact of the Full time favourites is obvious, I've done my best to get a head, but I'm sure you'll see me flying about again this week.

This weeks menu.
You've had the sticky toffee, now it's time to throw some spice at that date pudding with the date and ginger on this week.



Apple toffee pudding pot is back on Tuesday.



And we've some lovely beets and oranges coming tomorrow from Organic North so be prepared for that pairing to pop up a lot!



You might have noticed the ginger cookie has returned too!



Oh an pumpkin pie, I'll show you the Crown Prince squash tomorrow and you'll see why I had no choice but to pop it on the market menu.

2. The shop in Hazel Grove is open from Tuesday-Friday 10am-3pm. And Saturday we're out an'about at local markets 🍰

3. When the markets are on the shop is closed. At the moment "we're" still a one woman show - so far we have the weekend 24th free, should we stay in the shop for once or hunt down a market spot? 🥧

4. We bring some breads to market, if you're coming later on you can buy ahead of time 🍞

5. You can order for collection or local delivery from our website 💫 link in bio.
If you're planning a haul to freeze might be worth knowing I cover the delivery costs if you order £30+



6. And finally, I bring as much as I can make and carry, literally - I have 10 boxes that fit on my dolly perfectly a few bags under each arm and were away, if I've sold out of something when you arrive I'm sure we can find a substitution that's just as satisfying!
