Last evening, I had the pleasure of creating a private dinner for an intimate gathering of eight to celebrate Julie’s PhD graduation—a moment years in the making.

These intimate dinners are my favourite events to cook for. Being able to create a bespoke dining experience that brings people together around the table is truly a privilege. Every plate was prepared with care, making the evening feel personal, relaxed, and full of joy. And reminds me why I love what I do. ✨

Today I had the privilege to talk about my culinary heritage, the passion for my roots in Andalucía and how I grew up surrounded by great cooks in my family. To illustrate our Andalusian summer cuisine, I prepared a Salmorejo, one of my favourite cold soups.
