Let's all hear it for James! 👏

A local homebrew club booked our Didsbury tasting room, so James built them a session around wild and mixed fermentation b**rs, from hard-to-find Ammonite to festbiers, with cheese, charcuterie and plenty of stories along the way.

That's the thing about private tastings with us: it's your group, so it's your tasting. W**e, b**r, wh**ky or something else - we'll build it around you.

Now taking bookings for Christmas 🎄

The team from Domaine Gayda are joining us for a producer social. Your chance to order a glass or pick up a bottle and explore our current spotlight region Languedoc-Roussillon.

🥂 Thurs 15th Oct - Sparkling W**e Tasting
Ch*****ne, English sparkling and a few bubbly surprises. 6:30-9pm, £60 a ticket. A proper excuse to pop a cork midweek.

🧀 Thurs 22nd Oct - Cheese & W**e Pairing
The best double act there is. Enjoy perfectly curated w**es and cheeses from local producer

🎃 Thurs 29th Oct - Halloween at Didsbury

Nic explains why we've fallen for the Languedoc-Roussillon. It's one of the most creative and diverse w**e regions in France and in the world, and it's leading the way on
sustainability.

But don't take our word for it, we've just launched a FANTASTIC by the glass menu which we think you'll love - ask for a sample or grab a glass across all our bars.

And on 23rd October, we're switching the menu for more great Languedoc w**es.

Every November, the first w**e of the harvest race makes its way from Beaujolais to our shelves - bottled just weeks after the grapes were picked. Light, fruity, best served with a slight chill, it's the w**e that says party season has officially begun!

This year it lands Thursday 19th November, and we're already getting our orders in.
