I had such a great time at the Northamptonshire Gluten Free Festival at the weekend! Here’s a haul of all the tasty gluten and dairy free treats that I brought 😋

Everything was soooo good! 🤩

I hadn’t tried humble.unbakery’s Good Gut Globes before and their pistachio tahini is my fave 😋 the texture is so smooth!

The cinnamon rolls from Bakeworks - Gluten-Free bakery are always such a treat 💕

I warmed up the Poets Bakery honeycomb brownie with ice cream and it was 10/10 🩵

It was also my first time trying Chouxly Scrumptious | MK's 1st Chouxnut Creator! and I was obsessed 😍

The mint chocolate Chappers Cheesecake is gorgeous as always 🍫

I’m a big fan of the cookies and cream cookie pie from The Authentic Kitchen 🍪

The event was incredible, thank you to Nicola Walpole for organising it! 🩷

I visited London the other week and had the most delicious bolognese at Mattarello Bolognese (Coeliak) London & 🇮🇹 🍝

It was great to see that they’re accredited by Coeliac UK! The tagliatelle was an unexpected surprise as I don’t normally see it eating out and it was incredible 😍

Sadly none of the desserts were dairy free so I missed out on those 🥲 they were all gluten free though!

AD | Gluten and dairy free curry pastes 😍

Thank you for sending me these!

So far I’ve tried the Thai Panang and Tikka Masala pastes and they both had so much flavour!

Each one has a recipe on the side to follow. I’m no chef and even I managed it 😂

They were quick and easy to make and I really enjoyed both of them 😋 Being frozen, they’re easy to store too!

New gluten and dairy free finds in 😍

So far I’ve tried the prawns, Indian inspired snack selection and the vegetable spring rolls. All of these were so tasty 😋 

The tempura prawns are by far my favourite with the spring rolls as a close second!

I was so happy to see all of these in stock in my local store and they’re all on offer!

Throwback to these gorgeous gluten & dairy free pasta dishes I had at in Athens 🇬🇷

Their whole menu is gluten free and they were able to modify dishes so that they didn’t contain dairy either 🥰

It was so good I visited twice! The mushroom pasta dish was my fave 😋

If you’re heading to Athens, you need to add this place to your list!

Today is International Coeliac Awareness Day! 🧡

My diagnosis has changed my life in many ways. It can be challenging some days but I feel so much better since I’ve learned to live with coeliac disease.

I’m always so grateful for places that cater for us, it makes living with this a lot easier 🧡

I’m so glad to have found at the last weekend 😍

Their chocolate is so good and you’d never know it was gluten & dairy free 🤩 The custard creamy bar has such a nice crunch!

The Turkish Delight bar has been my absolute fave, it tastes incredible 🍫😋

Last year I visited Athens in Greece and found who are 100% dedicated gluten free 😍

The first dish is gluten and dairy free which is the banana pancakes! These were INSANELY delicious, I loved the coconut cream on top 😋

The second photo is my husband’s dish which was only gluten free, not dairy free.

I’m so glad we were able to make a stop here and if you’re in the area I highly recommend visiting! 💕
