Hey all! We are back this weekend with our signature Taiwanese salt & pepper Chicken.

This will be our last pop-up for the year and we shall be taking a little break. Because we have worked crazy hard this year and need a well deserved break🤗. But we will be back soon!

This weekend only we will be selling our homemade kimchi! We have been asked many times do we sell this, and to be honest we have been to busy with pop ups to make extra.🤷🏻‍♀️

So as this is our last pop-up we have made extra fresh kimchi and for the first time we are selling this at our trade .

Fresh kimchi is crunchy and tastes amazing and day by day it will slowly alter in taste as it ferments. (That’s if u can resist eating it all before it ferments into probiotic goodness.

So for this weekend only we have made a small batch so that you can take home and enjoy for Christmas by Christmas Day you will have a fully fermented kimchi. (Only if you can resist eating it all)

Hey!! Long time no post we have been busy in the summer doing pop-up events, festivals and a wedding! It’s been one of our busiest season, hence not being able to do any posts.

But we are not complaining☺️!
This week we are going back to where it all started! A few years ago when one of our first few pop-ups, we did was at a So HK.

It is there where we felt that this was our pathway and off we went on to do some amazing events and festivals!

So this weekend we are going back to our roots serving our signature Taiwanese fried chicken along side our fellow Hong Kong Friends at the So HK Autumn Festival.

Thanks to our friends for coming, I hope you liked my Hong Kong red bean put chai go ! I suddenly had a craving and thought I’d whip some up homemade treats and keeping in the Hong Kong theme after the film & grub club we did during the residential.😋

One week to go for Hong Kong Film + Grub Club!

We are soo excited that we are collab with Film club next week Thursday 10th July, for a Hong Kong Film debut “As Tears Go By”.

We will be next weeks Grub Club traders and serving our signature All fried Up chicken for meat lover and for all you vegan folks we have our All Vegan fry!🥟🍤🍗

Along side with these signature dishes we have added a few desserts and starters that will be only debut at the film club for our film lovers paying homage to next weeks film.

Our menu is a mixture of foods we love to eat ourselves and that we miss from Hong Kong!

We are back today for our 2nd day and last trade of the month .

I just really need to say I feel like I’m at the Birkenhead version of Cheers! Lots of locals and where everyone knows your name! Good chats while working, I don’t feel like I’m working!

Thanks to all you who have come to eat and said lovely things about our food!
We will keep on frying our hearts out😍

Ps love their cream soda it’s reminds me of Hong Kong!
