Our Proper DIPA series has gone through a bit of a makeover recently & we're almost ready to launch it to the world! ๐ŸŒ

We're partnering with to launch this brand new 8% DIPA that's alllll about Citra, and we want you to join us. We've specially packaged a super limited number of casks, and this will be the only opportunity to get Proper DIPA Citra on cask in Manchester!

We'll be pouring it at Cafe Beermoth from 6pm on September 4th, so come on down and grab a taste because when the cask is gone, it's gone!

A heavy oat and maize grist lays way for a thick, chewy body filling the glass with refined smoothness and a gorgeous golden hue. Motueka and Luminosa bring their signature Mojito lime and tropical sweetness, while Ariana and Citra dial up the sherberty grapefruit, fresh lime and dank passionfruit notes. Carefully crafted using 500kg of ripe nectarine & 500kg of fresh cherries, aged for 6 months, then bottle-conditioned for another 2, the moment has arrived for these beauties to go out into the world!

๐Ÿ’ No One Left To Follow | Cherry Sour | 5.7% ๐Ÿ’

Ripe, dark cherries blend seamlessly with our 1.5 and 3-year-aged base foudre, providing incredibly refreshing tartness and refined acidity. Weโ€™ve let the cherries sing on their own in this aged beer, allowing for all their wonderful distinct fruity, woody, and floral undertones to shine through.

๐Ÿ‘ Positive Education | Nectarine Sour | 5% ๐Ÿ‘

This blend of 1.5 and 3 year old Base Foudre offers a bright base of vibrant tartness and sherbet-like acidity with layers of ripe and juicy nectarine overflowing with every sip. A touch of light vanilla and a subtle oak from ageing adds further complexity and balance to the tannic dryness, keeping you coming back for more.

It's always an honour to be invited along with other amazing breweries to experience the behind-the-scenes process of the ingredients we use almost every day in the brewery. While hops often dominate the beer scene, there would be no great beer without great malt & we're incredibly thankful to for inviting us and bestowing their knowledge upon us โค
