Gav will be holding a cooking demo at the Bolton Food & Drink Festival!

On Sunday 30th August from 3.30pm to 4.30pm Bolton Food & Drink Festival Gav will be doing his two favourite things: making food and talking about food & Cru.

Come and discover what makes him tick as a chef and see him at work. If that wasn't enough, Marco Pierre White, Simon Wood, James Martin, and a whole host of other culinary legends will be there to light up this prestigious event, so you don't want to miss out!

Join us for Back to School: Wine Basics – Sparkling Wine Focus, a fun and informative evening dedicated to all things fizz.

We’ll explore different styles of sparkling wine, discover how they’re made, and most importantly, learn how to taste and understand what’s in your glass.

Choose from: Wednesday 9th or Wednesday 23rd September, 7pm–9pm, £45 per person.

We're back in session!
Four courses of tapas focusing on four flavour profiles: salt, acidity, heat, and smoke. These will be paired with four Spanish wines from our bodega, so you're in for a real treat.

The event has been live for a couple of weeks now, but there are still place available - enquiries can be sent to [email protected] (event not available on website), or DM us on Instagram, or head over to Cru to book your place.

Tacos are on the menu!
If you've never noticed how delicious a tortilla is in a taco, you've probably never really had a decent taco. We can fix this.
Every element is made in-house; flour tortillas, kimchi, and meat/fish/vegan fillings.
We can forgive Gav for leaving his utensils in photos by mistake, because he puts together a serious taco.
Cru tacos don't wait for Tuesdays, nor should you.
