The Pass Family are currently enjoying some quality time travelling along the Ligurian Coast and sampling some delightful food on the way, we have just devoured some fresh seafood straight out of the Rapallo sea and yesterday's lunch was fresh Squid in Camogli🙌 Wow what a treat😋There is lots more to come on our foodie adventures around Italy. So far we have been to the home of Polenta, Telaggio, Focaccia and Pesto, where will our tastebuds take us to next🫣🥰🇮🇹

Putting the Sexy in 50 tonight 🥳 And putting the Sexy in Chips too 😋

Is there anything better than proper chips?! These potatoes were just potatoes this morning! Until we transformed them into something delightful, delicious, golden, crispy, fluffy, home-made and sensational👌Chopped, part boiled and then double fried to perfection!

Served alongside some braised red cabbage, beetroot, pickled red onions, crusty bread and butter to accompany a Lancashire Hotpot, also with a cold buffet and a sweet board for afters 🙌 Heaven to the palate😋Happy Saturday💚🖤

Today was a very busy day - and a hard one🥵 Being a chef is not an easy job to have in heat like this 😅 However the lovely compliments we received from the buffet made it all worthwhile 🫶 Full house @ Heatons Sports Club for this afternoons Wake and a table full of goodness - homecooked, colourful, vibrant and delicious food 😋 What perfect weather for a Cheesecake 🍋💚🌞
