What is açaí?

12:30 PM – Yoga Meets Pilates with Holly. The fluidity of Pilates followed by the wind down of yoga.
6:30 PM – Nurturing Flow with Holly. Our super popular class to wind down after work.

Friday
10:00 AM – Dynamic Flow with Mikki.
