A UK kebab manufacturer was fined £500,000 this week after products labelled as lamb were found to contain little actual lamb. This isn't a one off, mislabelling is a known issue in this industry.
Our labelling accurately reflects what's actually in our products. We lose business because of it but not sleep.
Some customers find cheaper alternatives with labels showing higher lamb content but the numbers on a label only mean something if they're true.
