SWEET CHILLI CRISPY CHICKEN ✨

Crispy sweet chilli chicken, egg fried rice and broccoli… tell me I’m not the only one who loves a fakeaway like this! 😍

The whole portion is only 5.5 swips + the 3.5 swips for the prawn crackers. Proper good fakeaway in my eyes!

MEATBALL CALZONE ✨

It’s been a hot minute since I last made these!

Using Slimming World wraps to make a homemade calzone might be one of my favourite tea ideas 😍 Stuffed with meatballs (using Aldi UK 5% meatballs for 0.5 swips each) and grated mozzarella, all airfried until golden and crispy. Tell me that doesn’t sound good! 🤤

For ease I used Slimming World wedges from Iceland Foods

🧀 Parmesan Healthy Calcium Choice

The lemony, creamy sauce with the crab and prawns is chef’s kiss 🤌🏻 Finish with rocket and Parmesan and you’ve got yourself a seriously good bowl of pasta.

LEEK & POTATO SOUP✨

The easiest cosy lunch! 🥣 Literally chuck everything in the soup maker, leave it to do its thing and you’ve got a lovely creamy soup with hardly any effort!

🥓 I crisped up some sliced ham in the air fryer for around 8 minutes and served it on top, with a sub roll on the side for a Fibre choice! 🤤

Simple, cosy and absolutely no faff!

🍁Maple & Pecan 9/10 (nice hint of salt in there too!)
🎅🏼White choc & cranberry 8/10 (reminds me of the cherry ones)
🥧Mince pie 5/10 (not a fan of mince pies anyway but hint of cinnamon was nice!)
