Green Chilli Chutney Hot Sauce 2 is underway! Green bird's eye chillies are fermenting nicely, about a week or so to go and they'll get blitzed up with lots of other delicious green stuff.
The first batch was very popular so batch 2 will be bigger! More bottles for everyone. It will be on sale at at the end of the month and on the Jamface website, with only a few bottles going to retail.

MARINAGA HOT SAUCE NOW AVAILABLE ON THE SITE. Limited quantities so be quick!

Italian Tomatoes, onions, fermented Naga chillies (aka Ghost chilli aka Bhut Jolokia aka whatever you prefer to call them). This sauce packs some fantastic heat but is also FULL flavour, similar to a marinara sauce with a few other bits added for good measure. Importantly it's all natural and NO ADDED SALT OR SUGAR.
