Anyone else melting in this heat? 🥵 (Not that we're complaining as it makes a change!)

It's lovely and cool in our restaurant with the AC but our outside seating is getting some brilliant sunlight ☀️

Move aside biscoff, there's a new biscuit in town 😏✨

Anyone who has visited us recently might have noticed we've swapped to these little gems of spiced shortbread goodness, but did you know we make them in-house?

In true Lafayette's fashion we thought, if we CAN make them ourselves, why not 😎😎

We've already had a couple of customers asking where we got them from so it's safe to say they're popular!

And the best thing is they are both plant based and gluten free so no one is missing out on this perfect coffee accompaniment ☕🍪

Katsu curry your way 👈🏼🤠👈🏼

The other day we had a table of three who all fancied our Maple Coconut Katsu Curry, each person with their own dietary needs - most restaurants would struggle, but for us it's not a problem 👊🏼💥 it's what we do 😎💯🔥

A creamy and sweet coconut-based Katsu sauce packed with onions and carrots, poured over your choice of breaded chicken, grilled chicken(GF), or our plant-based chicken (also GF) - topped with our pickled red cabbage, and paired with tamari marinated cucumber salad 👨🏼‍🍳😚

There's a reason our Katsu has been on our menu since we opened - we love it, our customers love it, and isn't it just the pretty bowl of food you ever did see 😉
