Our workshop team have been busy with the completion of a brand new, 3 Boiler, Biomass feed system for a customer in Teeside.

Earlier this week, in association with Warrendale Wagyu, we were pleased to welcome a farming group from Ontario, Canada who are currently on a UK wide tour.
We thoroughly enjoyed showing them around our Beef unit and discussing our practices. We met some great like minded individuals and shared lunch of quality Warrendale Wagyu burgers. We wish them well with the rest of their UK visit.

We were pleased to welcome members of the Shropshire Farmers Club to IEC for a farm walk; an afternoon focused on sharing ideas, opening up conversations, and giving a practical look at how our farming and renewable systems work day-to-day.

Events like this are a great chance to bring regional businesses together, swap experience, and talk honestly about what’s working on farm—whether that’s energy, livestock, cropping, or the realities of investing in infrastructure.

Recently, our IEC Install team removed a 2Mw biomass boiler for PET UK in Dumfries.
With a gross weight of 36 tonnes and a flue length of 18m, the team worked with crane contractors to remove the boiler, flue and all associated parts and feed system through the open roof of the building.
The boiler was transported south for re-installation later this year.
