Our 18,000L nature pond is underway, the start of something really special. Designed to support pollinators and local wildlife, it will grow into a thriving natural habitat over time.

This year also marks the beginning of our new botanical gardens, bringing the very ingredients behind our spirits to life.

Exciting times ahead.

There’s something quite special about being next to a hive on a blustery day… even if the bees don’t quite share the sentiment. Lunch break inspections turned into a full-on soundtrack moment, with the wind howling, bees bouncing off the veil, and me trying to convince myself it’s all part of the romance. Truth is, this is the reality behind it all, raw, noisy, and occasionally a bit aggressive… but I wouldn’t swap it for anything. 🐝
