Our story

Making the British Spirit

The British Honey Company was launched in 2014 in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds where each one of our now 250 plus hives work endlessly to pollenate British meadows and hedgerows and provide you with our scrumptious 100% raw honey.

With a love for gin and honey, our beekeeper went on to produce the delicious award-winning Keepr’s Dry London Gin infused with our Cotswold honey in small batches of 300-500, traceable back to the hive the honey came from.

Since then we have expanded our product range with a delicious selection of spirits infused with our honey and using locally sourced British fruit and handpicked botanicals. Distilled under the watchful eye of our renowned master distiller Jamie Baggott at our Oxfordshire distillery, we are proud to have become a multi-award-winning producer of craft spirits and honeys, achieving success at notably The San Francisco World Spirits Competition (April 2019), the Great British Food Awards (October 2019) and the International Wine and Spirits Competition (August 2019), among others.
