We never thought we would have to share this news so soon, but our beautiful Mum passed away this week.
After becoming poorly earlier this year, Mum went through so much, but faced it all with incredible strength. She passed away surrounded by so much love and with her family by her side.
It’s almost impossible to find the words to describe this hole she has left behind.
Mum was so very loved. She was funny, generous, kind, strong and fiercely devoted to her family and friends. She loved her garden, home cooking, a glass of w**e, travelling, laughing, being surrounded by the people she loved and, most of all, making memories with them.
Mum had so many wonderful friends from so many different chapters of her life, and we wanted to share this here so that everyone who knew and loved her would know.
Thank you to everyone who loved her, laughed with her, travelled with her, shared a glass (or several!) of w**e with her and gave her so many happy memories over the years.
We are absolutely heartbroken and still can’t quite believe she isn’t here, but we feel incredibly lucky that we got to call her our Mum and that the children got to call her Nana.
We will miss her more than words can ever say.
Sleep tight, Mum. We love you endlessly. ❤️
