Most brilliant weekend of all things leather!
Learning how to fix straps onto baskets, which did take some head scratching, as well as making a leather apron, using tools such as a wing divider, an edger, monk screws and a stitching pony!
Fantastic tuition by Tracy @ Coterie Leather and great food from the farm greenhouse & chickens!
Lots of happy craftspeople....

Weave & Grow

Inclusive gardening and willow weaving for everyone!

I’d like to invite you to join my new fortnightly group. It’s designed for people who would like to develop food growing and willow weaving skills, whilst making new friends and enjoying nature.
We will start at 10am in the market garden. There you will learn all aspects of how to grow delicious, seasonal, nutrient dense food. We will have a list of things to do, so you can choose how active you wish to be, depending upon how you feel on the day.
At 12.30 we will gather produce from the garden, and prepare and eat a home grown vegetarian lunch together.
At 2pm we will spend a couple of hours willow weaving under my tuition. You can bring a willow project, or start one here.
At the end of the day, you will go home with some seasonal veg, new skills, and a willow item you have woven.
Held at Bryn a Môr Farm near Pendine www.brynamor.co.uk
Cost is £20 per session, 4 spaces available each session.
Session dates:
June 8th - June 22nd - July 6th - August 10th - August 24th - September 7th - September 21st

To reserve your place email me [email protected] stating which dates you would like to come. Payment by BACS or PayPal in advance.
