Based in the heart of beautiful Saddleworth, my aim is to produce delicious Italian inspired biscuits, using the finest locally sourced produce wherever possible. Recipes are

inspired from childhood memories of holidays in Italy, where freshly baked biscuits were a firm family favourite and for my continuing love affair for cooking Italian cuisine. I am passionate about cooking and after many years perfecting my biscotti creations for friends and family, I wanted to share the amore and decided to launch my own business and Prendi il Biscotto was born. My biscotti make a perfect accompaniment to a morning cappuccino, a sweet treat in the afternoon or a perfect end to an evening meal.

Heads up!! Our pizza Romana is taking a short Roman Holiday as we jump on the pizza train to Naples.

If you missed out on our amazing Panuzzo last week, don’t fear, as they are on the menu again this week.

Our in house, hand stretched Neapolitan pizza dough is the base for these pizza sandwiches, packed full of incredible Italian cheese, meats or vegetables.

If you tried them last week, you know how good they are. Limited fresh dough made daily, so don’t hang about. When they have gone, they are gone.

Order from our new indoor cafe and enjoy inside, in the courtyard or takeaway.
