🍺❤️🍾 Happy bank holiday Sunday! It’s all happening at the mill today… The tap is open for brunch pastries, coffees + early pints from 10am with excellent South African soul food by Saffa Soul from 12pm!

Also the lovely Bridge + Rob aka Hoults are popping up a wine bar with snacks next door at Dark Woods Coffee from 12pm - will see you there! 🥂

🔥🎉🍺 BANK HOLl-BRAAI!!!

We're taking a trip to tasty town at the tap this bank holiday weekend with fresh foamy pints + four days of South African soulfood + BBQ from Braaimaster Huggy + the Saffa Soul crew!

🌶️🌱 We can't wait to get our mitts on their signature homemade boerewors sausage and 24-hour lamb chops again, all served with incredible fresh house-made sauces. Greenfire is a hot sauce with a minty fresh kick + Ma's Masala is a delicous mild curry sauce inspired by Huggy's grandmother's famous dish! 😋

Weather looking at bit changeable but we've had worse (if you remember Easter Bank Hol lol). Serving times are thus:

Friday 3.30-8pm
Saturday + Sunday 12-7pm
Bank Holiday Monday 12-6pm

Or until sell out, or we might adapt service times slightly for grilling so watch this space for updates.

⭐️ Comedy + Beer Night #4! After three sold out nights over the past year, we’re back at The Civic on Sat 12 Sept!

This is our FAVOURITE regular event, mostly because it’s hosted by our FAVOURITE PERSON, the gorgeous-but-savage ❤️ Jonathan Mayor, keeping things mainly under control, although it does get kinda fruity. Over 18s only + not for the easily offended!

🎟️ The early bird tickets have flown, but there are still general admission seats available at *£18.50.

Or there are a very limited number of tables for 6 at *£115 which includes your first round of drinks on the house!

Refreshing garden pints, bangin’ bhajis + a whole bunch of other tasty goodness back on the menu for the Food Circle Huddersfield Producers Market at ours tomorrow!

A brilliant mix of local producers bringing fresh seasonal veg, charcuterie, poultry, eggs, bread, cake, chocolate + other tasty bits! Also take out wine, beer, coffee + other nice goodies in the tap for you!

🚚🌶️ AND… Soneeta + Gav AKA tap faves The Spicy Biker will be here serving their delicious butter chicken + those incredible bhajis. Serving 4-8pm Thursday for the market + sticking around for the whole weekend!
