WOW.
What a few weeks we’ve had. We’ve been to , collabbed with industry legends , taken delivery of our brand new IMP2 and we’re heading into the World Cup and Summer period stocked up on the essentials with new beers coming thick and fast.
We’ve got two brand new beers coming in the next few weeks, both Gluten Free! Can’t wait to get those on the taps and in can.
We can’t wait to welcome you all over the summer. We’ve made some changes to our house rules starting this week. Children under 18 are now able to stay until 8pm, please keep them at your table at all times for their safety!
This weekend we have our Father’s Day market. Come down and treat the legend in your life to pint, a and a gift from one of our amazing vendors.

We hope to have a more consistent gig offering over the next 12 months - therefore we’re looking at ways we can reward those who have purchased tickets to previous gigs - and those who purchase tickets to future gigs.

Please note:

The World Cup starts with the warm up games. We’ll be showing both on our giant screen:
- Saturday 6th | 9pm kick-off > New Zealand 🇳🇿
- Wednesday 10th | 9pm kick-off > Costa Rica 🇨🇷

We’re opening for every England game so we’ll be open 5-11pm next Wednesday, open as normal this Saturday.

The Plan:
•⁠ ⁠Arrive at 12pm with a hairbrush!
•⁠ ⁠⁠The parent gets a half a house beer or small wine, a soft drink awaits the child
•⁠ ⁠⁠You will be taught some basics + the mega K-Pop Demon Hunters Rumi Plait
•⁠ ⁠⁠We end with a competition - winner gets a Pico Pizza to share!

Spaces are limited to 30 tickets for this first event so be fast. Other parents / grand-parents are welcome to watch but we ask no other siblings attend to not distract from the event. We will be open at 1pm to the general public.

You may have seen the viral Pints and Ponytails event where dad’s sit down with mannequins and learn how to do their daughter’s hair, this is our version of it. We’re inviting one parent (mam or dad - but both welcome) and their daughter to come for a masterclass with Markse-based Jade Dowson, Garden of Eden Hairdressing.

Jade is a mum of two, living and working in Marske-by-the-Sea, with over 16 years of experience in hairdressing and three years running her own business. She’s passionate about creating beautiful, confidence-boosting hair while building a career that fits around family life - as a fellow independent business in Marske we’re happy to collaborate with her on this event at the tappy.

Packed full of passion fruit, peach & mango for a massive tropical fruit hit 🍑🥭🍍

Soft, juicy and ridiculously sessionable at 3.9%, loaded with mango and peach purée, then backed up with Sabro Cryo and Spectrum Krush hops in the whirlpool for waves of tropical and stone fruit character.

THANK YOU.
We had an absolute banger of a weekend, barring the unmentionable scoreline. had a break, smashed it. ’d tore the house down twice and we’re working on getting them back in next year for another weekend of mayhem.
In the brewery things are mega picking up, we’re at full 20,000 litre capacity regularly, and we’ve got new beers coming left right and centre. We’re also drafting in bar legend Ben to learn the ropes. Great to have Ben step up and get more involved with production, he’s been with us since day 1 and we’re excited to get moving!
We’ve also invested in our own kegs and keg washer, and a brand new state of the art canning machine from , the new machine allows us to do much smaller batch brewing meaning more regular releases and fresher beer.
Next week we’ll be back with a bang. The return of brings with it a banging special (I’ll let Pico do the honours of announcing that). We’ll have Sunday bringing the laughs.
Our beer garden is in full flow now we’ve finally got some sun, and we’ll be making some improvements and utilising it fully for the World Cup. Can’t wait!
