This dish is a typical Moroccan meal that combines the savoury and the sweet taste. the lamb is cooked with the spices but garnished with caramelised Prunes/Apricots and topped up with some Sesame seeds.
it is one of the famous dishes that are usually presented in big celebrations etc.

• Deliveries to be on Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays only.

• Please allow for 48 hours from the day of sending your orders.

I will of course confirm delivery date and time upon receiving the requests and checking the orders list I received.

I am Fatima Johnson and I have lived in the UK for 22 years and I have moved to Marske 2 years ago. I love it here.
I am from Morocco and I have always wanted to share my love for Moroccan food with my community.

I was fortunate enough to participate in a major event in July organised by Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council which launched my business Taste of Morocco

I cook a range of Moroccan dishes such as: Couscous with Lamb& Vegetables or Lamb/Chicken Tagines and deliver them to your door.
