On Saturday I'll be at St Hilda's church in Redcar from 10-1. Fab coffee and sausage butties!

On Sunday and Monday, I'll be in beautiful Goathland again in the village hall. 😊

I made some Lemon Curd yesterday for this weekend. I had some 55ml teeny jars, so I used those and they are so cute!!

Just enough for one person...I only had 7 of them though. I might get a box in my next order if these prove popular 🙂

Once again, I feel like I need to apologise for my lack of posts on here.

I had quite an unexpected operation in January and since then I've been taking time to heal and to build my strength and fitness up again....luckily all my tests, biopsies etc are negative and cancer free - always a worry at any time of life.

Time to move forward....xx
