Good Morning to the Local Community , my name is Lisa ,
I manage my parents Butchers Business situated at the bottom of Martock Business Park .
This year marks a huge milestone for my dad where he celebrates 60 years in the Trade & 42 years trading in Martock .

We trade in an Industrial Unit (36) ,
One half of the unit is set up to Cater for Wholesale where we Supply to loads of Local Dining Establishments from Restaurants, many Carvery place , Cafes, Schools , farm shops , Residential Homes , Village Stores and so on ..

We make Our own homemade produce and Cooking Our own Deli Meats on Site , very well Known for Dads Speciality Recipe for Faggots hundreds & hundreds made per week .

The other half of the unit , is a lovely bright and welcoming Butchers Shop for the public , the counter is stocked with an array of meats from breakfast meats to different Joints , Steaks , Bbq selections to yummy Slices of Deli meats & Cheeses .
If you don’t see what you want , please do ask as there isn’t room to display everything , so we display the daily bestsellers of Meats that go with the season at the time .

There’s plenty of Parking , no need to worry , pull up outside and pop in ,
We’re open
Monday & Tuesday 7am til 3:30pm
Wednesday Thursday Friday 7am 4pm
Saturday 7am - 12pm

It’s lovely to Meet all the New faces who are visiting us , having a chat and for us to proudly show you what 60 years in the trade had produced for the community.

🥩 NEW BUSINESS OPENING HOURS 🥩

We’ve made slight alterations to the business opening hours in a way that customers wouldn’t really notice the difference .
Saturday Opening Hours are still in review but for now the new closing time will be 12 instead of 12:30pm

These opening times are for the catering side of the business AND the shop which is open to the public .

As a business we feel that these opening hours are still longer than most butchers around .
