🌿 A couple of weeks ago, Ann and David visited Herbs Unlimited in Thirsk for their Chefs’ Open Day.
It was a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the business, take a tour of the herb and lettuce fields, and be there for the launch of their new Herb Paste range!
The new range includes Basil, Tarragon, Mixed Herbs, Rosemary and Mint pastes, created to bring the flavour of fresh herbs to busy professional kitchens in a convenient format.
The team also enjoyed a specially prepared tasting menu, with every dish showcasing the quality and versatility of Herbs Unlimited’s produce – from fresh salads and herb-fed chicken sausage to Swaledale lamb gnocchi made with the new Mint Paste, finishing with desserts featuring chocolate mint, lemon thyme and sweet cicely.
Days like these are a great way for us to strengthen relationships with our suppliers, discover new products and continue bringing the very best to our customers.
