Guinness™ Cheddar Dip - rich, creamy, and packed with bold flavour. The ultimate crowd-pleaser for sharing🧀🍺

Ingredients
3.5oz Guinness™ Cheddar
1 tbsp Corn-starch
1 tsp Mustard Powder
7 fl oz Light Cream
1 tsp Paprika
1 Bunch of Parsley

Method:

Grate the cheddar and mix it with the corn-starch and mustard powder.
Pour the cream into a saucepan and add the cheese mixture.
Warm gently over a low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Stir in chopped parsley and check the seasoning.
Serve with a sprinkle of paprika and extra parsley on top.
