The last 12 years have been fab - or gurt lush to you Bristolians. Thousands of happy noodlers have been served at markets, festivals weddings, parties and more. Ive had the privilege of working alongside countless fabulous staff, traders and organisers. But it’s now time for me to face the wok music and move on to something new. So while I’m figuring out which direction to take my midlife crisis in, the noodle empire (food truck and prep kitchen) are both now up for sale.
