Good evening everyone!

We are looking to reopen again tomorrow - but it will be from 9am.

Our little man Leo had an accident this evening at home which resulted in his canine snapping in half, so he has to have an operation tomorrow to have it removed, so we need to be at the vets first thing.

If anything changes over night we of course will update again, if not we will see you tomorrow from 9am.

Thank you for understanding, and send our baby Leo well wishes 😭🐕❤️ ps - hes currently in bed high on pain killers snoozing away...

Bad news guys..

We have to close Smoove tomorrow. Being a family-run business - we do not have staff to cover. And when you have a young child who attends preschool, they bring home all sorts of things 🙃🤒

We were hoping we'd be better by today, but we are not.Therefore we've had to make the difficult decision to close tomorrow (Tuesday 25th August), not just so we can rest but to prioritise the safety of our customers.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope to be back open by Wednesday. We will keep you updated. ❤️

On a slightly less chaotic note... today was officially our busiest day yet AND WE COMPLETELY SOLD OUT!!! 🥹🖤

Honestly, thank you so much to everyone who came in today. We genuinely weren’t expecting it to be that busy!

Apologies if you tried to order through Just Eat. We had to switch it off for a while so we could prioritise all of the orders coming through in the café.

Absolutely knackered, one spoon down, but very grateful 😂

CITY FITNESS GYM MEMBERS, PLEASE READ ❤️

There have been a few changes at the gym recently, so we just wanted to clear up how you can access Smoove in the mornings.

The main entrance doors are now open before 12pm for access to Smoove and the upstairs businesses. However, the double doors leading through the gym will remain closed while the gym is unstaffed.

If you’re coming to Smoove from inside the gym, you have two options:

❤️ You can use the Gym Out of Hours doors and walk around to us as usual.

OR

❤️ If you’d rather come straight through the gym, there is now a doorbell installed by the double doors. Give it a ring and one of us will come and open the doors for you so you can come straight through to Smoove.

Hopefully that makes sense! Thank you for bearing with us and cooperating while these changes are in place ❤️
