Proper bread doesn't need flour treatment agents, emulsifiers, or anything that sounds like it belongs in a lab.

Ours needs flour, water, salt, yeast... and time.

That's it, just bread the way it should be.

It has been an absolute pleasure having Jess & Chloe join us on work experience this week from St Bede’s.

Everything we have asked them to do they have done very well, never stopped smiling and have just been fun to have around!
