Our Innes trimming and tying the last of our 5,700 vines. What a job it's been! Started at the beginning of April and now done in May. Innes has done so much of it - we'd still be going in July without him!

We got a bit frosty this week. While it makes the vineyard look incredible, at this time of year as buds are starting to emerge, it can be really dangerous for our vines. It essentially kills the new shoots before they have a chance to get going. Thankfully ours look ok for now, but keeping our fingers crossed that we stay frost free...
