It’s nearly the weekend, hang in there folks! 😅
Let’s find something for you to look forward to. Friday and Saturday evening we have the charcuterie platter available, great for nibble with wine with friends (up to 6 people) or a fab supper for 2, probably with some leftovers. Pick one up from Seaton’s of Scotland in the Market Square on your way home, bottle of wine and a movie 🎥 perfect night in 🥰 £40 for the charcuterie platter

How about something sweet? The S’mores platter is always a winner for groups of friends, kids love making these too. Choccies, marshmallows, biscuits, fresh berries and a burner to toast your marshmallows £20 available Friday or Saturday evening.

Breakfast? Saturday and Sunday morning. Pick up breakfast for 2. Croissants, waffles, granola and yoghurt, cured meats, cheeses, jam, honey, fresh fruit all topped off with cappuccinos and orange juice. 🤤 £25

It’s been a little bit quiet on the Happiness Platters page for a while. Some of you may know that I recently started a new venture and opened an art gallery in Melrose. You may have seen Seaton’s of Scotland pop up on the market square. Well, that’s my business too and it has taken all my attention recently as we have battled to get it open. Now we’re all set up, although it will continue to evolve, I am now in a place to get back in the saddle with Happpines Platters. My 2 favourite things, art and good food 😋😂

So, you may remember that where Seaton’s now stands was once Russel’s Cafe. In the basement is a full kitchen. After a little spruce up this week 🧹🧽🧼 I am relocating the Happiness Platters kitchen to here. Hurrah! My own own kitchen! 😌🥳 So all future collections will be from Seaton’s starting this weekend.

So why not pick up something on your way home Friday evening? Charcuterie platters and S’mores platters will be available to collect as well as Saturday evening. Saturday and Sunday morning is brunch time!
