Creamy goat’s cheese salad with peppery watercress from Tatws Trading Greengrocers , homemade chicken liver pâté using livers from Wavells , served with an amazing beetroot chutney, plus colourful hummus & crudités plates for the little ones 🥕

A whole plate of North Wales!

Slow-cooked Welsh beef shin from Wavells , rich jus, roasted crushed new potatoes and punch salad using potatoes grown by Tatws Trading Greengrocers just up the road in Bethesda, with beautiful Swiss chard from Tyddyn Teg Cooperative.

All brought together for a wedding feast!

We’re incredibly lucky to have farmers, growers and producers like these on our doorstep. A plate that really represents this little corner of Wales!

New potatoes from Tatws Trading Greengrocers , grown just up the road from us in Bethesda, tossed with a zingy lemon dressing, loads of fresh herbs and our homemade sweet pickled red onions.

In collaboration with and we’re bringing you an evening of tasty summer delights full of north wales produce in Anglesey’s finest walled garden!

There’ll be two sittings- kids are more than welcome at the earlier sitting. Just be sure to bring a picnic blanket and book them a place for food.
