• First Saturday of the month at Shaftesbury
• Fourth Saturday of the month at Poundbury
• Working hours: 7 AM to 2 PM

💰 Pay: £12/hour

🤗 No Sales Experience Required! We're seeking someone with a warm personality who loves engaging with our customers. Your role will be to run our market stall, offering our locally grown and smoked rainbow trout to the community.

What a difference a year makes! Last summer, we suffered drought conditions with very low flows in the chalk streams, providing pure spring water for our rainbow trout. This year has been a different story, with plenty of rain topping up the chalk aquifers that feed the streams.

The difference can be seen in these two photos of the weir on one of the streams, Ashfield Water. One from October 2022 and the other taken today.
