“An elegant and graceful rosé sparkling wine distinguished by purity and freshness. The appearance is clear and bright, showing a pale pink hue with an orange-rose gold variation & elevating viscosity.
The nose is clean and youthful, presenting an elevating intensity of tart red berries—strawberry, raspberry, and cranberry—accented by a delicate floral element of white blossom like hyacinth. Vegetal undertones of sweet peas and fresh parsley lend nuance, with a subtle touch of autolytic character and dried flowers.
On the palate, it offers an elevating body and smooth, refined bubbles. The acidity is refreshingly brisk and well-calibrated, while alcohol remains balanced and harmonious. Elegant autolytic character integrates seamlessly, bringing finesse and roundness without overpowering the fruit.
Overall, the wine shows great balance, a bright and fresh finish, with elevating intensity and engaging complexity. An expressive rosé sparkling with charm and precision.”
