⚠️ IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM Bear Hut STREET FOOD ⚠️
We would like to let all our customers know that we have made the decision to stop accepting orders through Just Eat.
Unfortunately, we have been experiencing ongoing problems with Just Eat UK delivery drivers. On too many occasions, drivers have arrived very late to collect orders or have not arrived at all.
We always prepare your food fresh and, once it is ready, we keep it in our heated holding cabinet while waiting for the driver. However, when an order is left waiting for a long time, the quality naturally begins to suffer. In some cases, we have had no choice but to throw the food away because it has been waiting too long.
This has also resulted in some customers receiving their food late or cold, or occasionally not receiving their order at all. We understand how frustrating this is, and we don't want this experience to reflect the quality and service we aim to provide at Bear Hut.
For this reason, we have decided to leave Just Eat. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
💚 The good news is that you can still order from us on Uber Eats!
You'll find the same Bear Hut menu at the same prices, and we have had a much more reliable experience with Uber Eats drivers arriving on time to collect orders, helping us get your food to you fresh and hot.
