The Pickled Pig Crew love two things.... Good food and good Barbecued Food. So we have combined them both to provide you with an authentic charcoal Hog roast service. All of our pigs are reared by ourselves on our farm, Greenacres Farm in Milborne St Andrew , Dorset. We rear Pedigree Berkshires and Oxford Sandy and Black Pigs, cooked low and slow over charcoal/wood in our custom made rotisserie ov

We can offer bespoke menus for any occasion and if you feel the need for more than pork we can bring along our smokers and grills and smoke you some legs of lamb, beef brisket or grill you some burgers or chicken. If you fancy grilling your own meat then you can pay us a visit at the Greenacres Farm Butchery and purchase our pigs to take home for your own pleasure.
