🐏 DAYS LIKE THESE 🐏
Today was the last session of our spring/summer season, and our second year running Valais Wanders Sheep Trekking! I am completely humbled and forever grateful for the way this crazy idea has taken off! April - Aug '26, 22 sessions hosted, 1980 minutes of talking, laughing and memory making, 44 miles trekked, countless connections and conversations with genuinely lovely visitors about all things farming, environment, history and other "must do's" whilst in the area. Farming is changing, there's no right way to do it but sharing our farming family journey with anyone who's interested really does make days like these all the more enjoyable ☺️

Fab morning spent with The Handycraft shed and some lovely ladies at our second needle felting workshop! Everyone worked under the expert eye of Kirsty whilst using our homegrown, shorn, washed, dyed and carded Valais, Suffolk, Hebridean and Blue Texel wool! Watch out for our Autumn and Christmas (🤦😅) workshop dates coming soon!

Our first evening sheep trek was just perfect, the weather was ideal, the views spectacular and the company was lovely! More of this in the offing for sure 😊 Great to hear these guys were all staying locally too!
