​We’re hiring Team Leader Impingers at Cranswick Convenience Foods MK, with opportunities available on both day and night shifts in our High Risk Slicing department.​

This is a key role at the heart of production. You'll be leading a team, keeping materials moving at the right time, in the right condition, and helping us deliver the best results on quality, yield and productivity.​

You’ll be working closely with production, WIP, planning and hygiene teams, making quick decisions, solving problems and making sure every shift runs as smoothly as possible.​

Thank you all for coming out to support our Family Fun Day on Sunday - the sun came out and it was fantastic to see so many people enjoying themselves, having fun, and making the most of the day together.

We will make an announcement later in the week sharing our total amount raised for Unity MK, but we wanted to come on now and share a very important update .... The name of the handsome dog photographed turned out to be Buddy!! Well done to Anna who won him - we will be in contact to arrange delivery!!

Also well done to our other raffle winners - Solvita and Raman who won the scooters, and Rafal who won the Golf 4 ball! Again we will call you to arrange delivery!

From agency worker to Hygiene Day Shift Team Leader 👏​

​Bogdan’s Cranswick MK career story is a brilliant example of what can happen when hard work, curiosity and the right support come together.​

Bogdan joined us around seven years ago as an agency worker, gaining experience across different departments before moving into Hygiene – an area he found interesting because no two days were ever the same.​

Since then, he's continued to learn, develop and take on new opportunities. When a Team Leader role became available, his Supervisor encouraged him to apply, having seen the commitment, knowledge and potential he was already bringing to the team.​

​Today, Bogdan supports his team through daily challenges, organises washdowns, helps maintain strong standards and shares his knowledge to help others grow too.​

Cranswick MK have been on the mic! 🎙️​

​Recently, Shannon and Milissa swapped the usual day-to-day to join Jack and the team at MK SNAP (Special Needs Advancement Project) for an episode of their podcast, SNAPcast.​

​The conversation covered careers, community partnerships, inclusion and what it takes to create workplaces where people feel supported, recognised and able to be themselves.​

​From the podcast to the tour afterwards, it was a really special visit and another reminder of why partnerships like this matter.​

​The Cranswick MK Family Fun Day is happening this Sunday, and everyone is invited.​

Join us for a FREE family-friendly day packed with food, drinks, fairground fun, cakes, games, stalls, crafts and plenty more – all while raising money for our long-term charity partner Unity MK.​

The Summer spirit is alive and well at MK! ☀️​

​Our Summer Festival has been bringing plenty of feel-good moments to site throughout July and August, with activities running across shifts so colleagues have the chance to get involved, enjoy something different and take a well-earned break from the day-to-day.​

Last month we enjoyed mocktails and fresh fruit, and over the last couple of weeks we've held:​

​️🥗 Our Summer Food Fest, where colleagues were treated to a free Italian or Greek meal, followed by dessert dished up by Sam, our Site Director, and other managers from across the site. ​

​🏀 Our Summer Games outside the canteen, with sunshine, prizes, plenty of friendly competition and a great atmosphere across site.​

🍦 And we've been finishing off the festivities with free ice cream for all! Served up once again by our managers, this has gone down very nicely during for these hot days!​

These events may seem simple, but they make a big difference. They help create an inclusive culture where people can come to work, get involved, spend time together and feel part of something beyond their everyday roles.​

A huge thank you to our brilliant Mental Health Team, who have been leading the festival and creating moments that help colleagues connect, have fun and feel part of our Cranswick MK community.
