Today’s foodie tour of the Cotswolds with Sally Abé 🍄🌱
First stop: Tumblebug – a carbon-negative mushroom farm turning food waste from Blenheim Palace into biochar pellets.
Then on to FarmEd, a regenerative eco-farm championing organic, community-grown produce.
We wrapped up at The Bull Charlbury, exploring their kitchen garden (which supplies over 10% of their menu!) before sitting down to a field-to-fork feast cooked by Sally and her team 👩🍳✨
