This decision hasn’t come lightly at all, but we’ve decided to stop our weekly deliveries from the end of this month…
Cheesequake has been a huge part of our lives for almost two years now, and we are so proud of how much it has grown and what we have achieved. Never did we think it’d go from making cheesecakes at home in lockdown to a huge customer base across three counties, a branded van and a social media family of 2.5k+ 😵
Somewhere in the middle of all of that, we set up a second business, . We are both huge foodies and absolutely LOVED doing markets with CQ, so it was a new and exciting avenue for us to explore. We are now booked up every weekend until October and are beyond grateful for the opportunity to do what we love together!
Further to this, I have also been struggling with endometriosis, which is seemingly getting worse. The flare ups are so unpredictable - I’ve found myself preparing orders in the middle of the night just to take advantage of the few times I’m not in pain - and I can no longer keep up with the demand of weekly orders on my own whilst struggling with my health.
Between this and working 3 jobs, I’m running on empty and so have made the hard decision to stop our weekly deliveries from 20th May, meaning there are just 2 more deliveries left. We will now be tailoring our website for custom/large order requests only, so can still cater your parties and larger events 🤗 just no more weekly deliveries for smaller orders.
I know a lot of you will be hugely disappointed, and we are so sorry for that. We’ve resisted this outcome for a while but it seems to be our only option - for the sake of my health and our career longevity 🙏🏼
Thank you all SO much for every ounce of support you have shown us over the last 2 years. It’s been the craziest and most rewarding journey! We’re going to miss seeing your faces on a weekly basis, but hope you’ll continue to stick around for this next chapter and get to see you at your events and celebrations! 🥰
The site will be restocked every Sunday at 7pm with deliveries the following Friday, the last one being on 20th May.
