30.08.26 // SOPHIE'S STREET FEAST, MILTON KEYNES 🇬🇧

Went to this year's Sophie's Street Feast at Milton Keynes City Discovery Centre at Bradwell Abbey , hosted by Sophie Neal | Milton Keynes Blogger and Toybox Charity | Changing the world for street children , and wow what another rousing success! This street food festival has truly become one of the best events on Milton Keynes's foodie calendar, and this year might have been the best one yet!

A gorgeous historic location and loads of the best street food vendors in and around MK coming together to put on a fabulous day of foodie delights for a great cause. No better way to spend a few hours catching up with friends!

Also spot the new souvenir cups (designed by Spinks Creative | Marketing Agency and filled with Grid Beer Project's Street Feast Lager) that we had to cop 🤌🏻

08.08.26 // ITALIANO VERO, STONY STRATFORD 🇬🇧

We had a few things to celebrate recently so decided to finally try VERO after seeing some rave reviews from our fave MK foodies. Wow what a treat! Everything was delicious, fresh, and so flavorful. From the olives to the cacio e pepe to the tiramisu, we couldn't fault a single thing. And somehow we managed to order the exact right amount of food for just the two of us! As an added treat our baby napped the entire meal, so we didn't have to share 😂🤌🏻

The next time you've got a hankering for Italian food, you should definitely visit Vero for some tasty, authentic cicchetti. Just make sure you bring someone who loves to share - the more people the more small plates you get to try ! 🫒🧀🍝🍕🍹

07.08.26 // AUGUST EAT STREET MK, STONY STRATFORD 🇬🇧

We made it back to our first EAT STREET MK in a few months and it was just as good as ever. The sun was out, the cocktails were flowing, and the vibes were immaculate 🤌🏻

We had:

06.26 // JUNE ROUND UP 🍤

Better late than never, and it's still July so I think I've just made the cut on getting this out before it's time to do the July one 😂

We spent a long weekend in Whitstable & Herne Bay to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary, hit up some local pubs and street food fests, met up with baby friends, saw Harry Styles at Wembley, appreciated our roses coming into their own, drank lots of good coffee, and even managed to fit in a bit of home cooking!

04.06.26 // LITTLE LUXE BABY SPA, MILTON KEYNES 🇬🇧

AD - PR Experience

Took Emmeline for her first spa day with at this week!

Becky has curated the loveliest, most relaxing experience for babies and their mamas. It was such a cute way to help my little girl find a bit of fun in bathtime (not usually her favourite activity...), with bubbles and light up toys which she obviously had to chomp.

After bathtime we were led through some simple baby massage techniques using sunflower oil to help relax our little ones even more! We also had the chance to take stamps off our baby's feet as a previous keepsake from the feast, which was the sweetest touch to the whole class.

Obviously I had to have a mini photoshoot with Emmeline in a baby robe at the end (but we didn't get a chance to pose in the fancy baby spa chair because someone needed to get home for a nap 😴 🧖🏻‍♀️

02.06.26 // SILVER PALATE, BERKHAMSTED 🇬🇧

Emmeline and I visited Ben at work in Berko this week, which obviously meant going out for lunch in one of the town's many cafés and restaurants. We chose because, as an American, I'm a sucker for a proper deli sandwich. And you better believe these are some really good deli sandwiches!

We had:
1. New York Deli - a great riff on a Reuben
3. Oat iced lattes
5. The Italian

These were some of the best sandwiches I've had in the UK, and the coffee was lovely too!

They've also got a gorgeous spread of local and Italian pantry items! Think traditional dried pastas, vats of pesto, local honey, and gourmet granolas.

What a lunch! 🥪☕

21.05.26 // THE MUM CLUB BRUNCH, MILTON KEYNES 🇬🇧

Went to my first event yesterday and it was an absolute treat! A bunch of the mums from our .happybaby antenatal class all met up and turned the brunch at into a mini reunion 🥹

It's a shame that the Willen café is closing, because not only was the events space lovely, the food and drink were nice too. I had the breakfast wrap which came with a delicious hash brown, and I couldn't fault the iced oat latte either.

We were all treated to a little goody bag with some electrolytes and a packet of baby wipes (we ran out yesterday so this came just in time lol), as well as a little cake from , and a make-your-own bouquet station by .arrangements !

All in all, a beautifully wholesome morning with our babies 🌯☕💐🤱🏻

We took Emmeline on her first ever holiday, to Ireland by way of Cardiff. That means an ever stronger month of good food and drink than usual!

07.05.26 // GREAT GELATO, STONY STRATFORD 🇬🇧

Celebrated three months of Emmeline (and three months of parenthood) yesterday by taking a walk to Stony Stratford to collect some cookies and a coffee from ! Leaned into a classic motherhood trope on the way home by extending the walk to get as long a pram nap out of her as possible 😂

I brought home to share with Ben:
1. Cinnamon roll NYC cookie - a new fave!
2. Oreo cookie cup - an old favorite

I got an oat flat white for the walk home and opted for which was lovely! They also have .coffee but I'd already had some Concrete Cowboy with my breakfast.

A small but delicious way to mark a milestone! 🥰🍪☕
