Some of our delicious baked cakes. Did you know we make all our cakes in house?
This blondie recipe took me 7 years to develop, I’ve tweaked and tweaked it over the years, even the last few months we’ve played around with the oven temperature to get it to the right colour and consistency. It’s the hardest bake we do, as 1-2 mins over ruins it completely and it goes from a fudgey brownie consistency to a dry cake 😅 and that has happened wayyyyy too many times id like to admit to🫠
I do not take my eyes off the oven when I bake blondies, checking it every two mins 🤣 proud of these beauties 😍🥹
