Another couple of dishes on our menu.
White rice with red ayamase sauce.
That is blended red peppers dried and then slow cooked with iru (locust bean) dried fish, grounded crayfish and small cuts of assorted meat.
And simple eforiro (vegetable soup) - spinach cooked in tomato sauce. Delicious with eba or pounded yam or even rice.
