Re-creating another cultures food, for a group of 50, when you've never cooked it before. That's the type of challenge that keeps things interesting.

We were asked by our client to put together an Iranian meal for an appreciation lunch - one thing that stood out straight away was how much care goes into the food, especially the use of fresh herbs.

For a big group, that meant a lot of time just picking herbs off stalks, prepping everything properly, and not rushing it.

Different cuisine but the same approach and attention to detail that we promise to all our clients.
