Halal Lamb is available all year round and can be purchased as a whole or a half and can be butchered or un-butchered. All of the lambs are produced on the farm in Milton Keynes and are reared to high welfare standards. The lambs are reared naturally on grass and their mothers milk and are farmed on an extensive system which undoubtedly improves the quality of the meat. When the lambs are ready fo

r eating they are taken to Farmers Fresh Abottoir in Kenilworth. This is a Halal only Abottoir and follows the strict red meat slaughterhouse guidelines. ( EEC number 4133) When butchered a Whole lamb box would weigh between 18-20kg.
