This is definitely not a “I’ve made it” post. Far from it 😅

But it does feel like the question is slowly changing. At first it was, I used to wonder…will anyone actually want these? Now it’s becoming, how do I make more without losing what makes them special?

Humble Unbakery is still very small, everything is still handmade, and I’m very much figuring it out as I go. (Scary!)

If you’ve faced this stage in your own business, I’d really love to hear what helped you. Any advice or suggestions are very welcome. 🙏

A little one for our diary ❤️

St Cuthbert Street Festival, Bedford — 30.08.26.

We arrived with a very full stall and somehow left completely SOLD OUT. 🥹

So many first tastes, lovely conversations, people/kids coming back for another pouch and a lot of Good Gut Globes later… there wasn’t a single one left.

Thank you, Bedford. You were very good to us. ❤️

And a big thank you to The Store for bringing the festival together and having us along.
