Jolly Good Granola is Homemade and freshly roasted. I started making granola when I could not find any oats/cereal for my son that I was happy to buy. He was a fussy eater and I wanted to give him something different from the usual toast, beans and eggs. Hence, I started making Granola. The first time I made it, my husband finished 90% of it alone and my son didn’t eat it at all. I then made more
and shared it with relatives and friends and they loved it. I enjoyed seeing them love eating my granola so much and loved that I was making them eat healthy. A few years have passed and now my son and my daughter loves it too, yaay! Jolly Good Granola is a great substitute for store bought cereal and it is great as a snack too. I use real ingredients to create this delicious and healthy treat, it is free from sugar, preservatives, artificial flavours, unhealthy fats and oils and unnecessary ingredients. Jolly Good Granola is made with whole Oats that is full of fibre, high in protein, and contain vitamins and minerals like folate, iron and magnesium. Coconut Oil is full of nutrients and adds a really nice light flavour to the granola. And lots and lots of nuts and seeds, such as, Flaxseed, Sunflower Seed, Pumpkin Seed, Almond & Cranberry. The nuts are for flavour and texture, extra nutrients and added healthy proteins. Lastly, Date Syrup, Honey and Coconut Flakes, giving it a natural sweetness and extra crunchiness.
