📸 Throwback Thursday 📸
Sometimes we get so busy looking ahead that we forget to look back at where it all started!

In 2022, we opened as a small food van. By 2024, that little van had grown into our little wooden cafe! Then in April 2026, we transformed the space more into the cafe you know and love today.

Looking back at the photos, it's amazing to see just how much has changed. But what we're most proud of isn't the building—it's the people.

What started as a food van has grown into something we're incredibly proud of. Seeing new customers become familiar faces and watching our community grow has made every step of the journey worthwhile.

As for where we'll be in 2028... your guess is as good as ours! 😄

For now, we're just thankful for the support you've shown us over the last four years and excited for everything still to come.

When you love our carrot cake, there's only one thing to do for your birthday... order two of them! 🥕🎂

This week's celebration order included 2 carrot cakes (with extra walnuts, of course!) and a dozen blueberry muffins for a birthday gathering.

A very Happy Birthday from all of us at The Coffee Mill – we hope the cakes and muffins went down a treat! 🎉

Don't forget, we take orders for cakes, traybakes, cookies and muffins for all occasions, big or small. Or simply if you'd like to keep the biscuit tin stocked at home!😉
